Lifetime Service Warranty
Carpet Express offers a Lifetime Service Warranty which would coordinate with the manufacturer’s product warranty. This warranty is transferable as long as it is in compliance with the manufacturer’s product warranty. (Example: If a product has a 10 year manufacturer warranty, we will service that product for 10 years.)
Carpet Express has the right to void any Lifetime Service Warranty if the following occurs: tampering or modifying the product in any way, improper cleaning or maintenance, removal or reinstallation of the product.
Carpet Express will not cover any accidental event that pertains to any product installed by Carpet Express.
